Villa Elbella enjoys breathtaking views over the Gulf of Portoferraio, a privileged location that combines the beauty of the sea with complete tranquillity. Located just 100 metres from the sea within a private estate, the villa is surrounded by the greenery of Elba Island, far from the crowds and protected by total privacy.

The property features a large, well-maintained and fully fenced garden, making it the ideal solution for a holiday for two families with children. Here, your dog is welcome too: it can run freely on the lawn and enjoy a nearby quiet natural beach.

The villa is surrounded by a large 1,500 square metre fully fenced park. Mediterranean pines, palm trees, oleanders and agaves frame the green lawn enriched with colourful flower pots.

With the arrival of the summer season, the air fills with the intense scents of these plants and the nearby eucalyptus trees.

It is the perfect space where children can play freely and where guests can reconnect with nature in the silence of the private estate, just a few steps from the sea of Elba.

Within walking distance (without needing a car), you will find all the main services: supermarket, restaurants, bars, tobacco shop and even a local farm, as well as golf and tennis courts.

Thanks to its central location, Villa Elbella is the perfect starting point for exploring Elba Island: Portoferraio, Porto Azzurro and Capoliveri can all be reached in just 10–15 minutes by car (7–10 km).
