It is not a classic holiday home, coming here means living a holiday in a real home. Attention to detail is essential above all for ourselves. What we provide is our personal search for comfort. Little things that make you feel at home.

The Island of Elba is a little-known "paradise", there are extraordinary corners, we like to think that one of these is our home.

The house is surrounded by a large fenced garden of 1,500 sqm. Domestic pines, palms and oleanders frame the green lawn enriched with many colorful planters. A place to play or simply to enjoy in total relaxation, surrounded by nature. Numerous birds and sometimes the discreet visit of some wild animals: pheasants, hares, toads and hedgehogs.

Large terraces surround the villa. The one at sea is the most evocative, here you can admire the sunset and have unforgettable dinners. The south-facing terrace, in Tuscan style, has a large dining area, with outdoor kitchen and barbecue. The covered veranda with sea view is the smallest, most intimate and protected, where you can have lunch in total privacy.
The last terrace is open, paved with stone, used as a solarium or simply as a relaxation area, returning from the beach.

You immediately feel the warmth of a real home. Furnished with simplicity, taste and elegance with elements in Mediterranean style, artistic ceramics by De Simone, De Maio and La Musa. Three large bedrooms, two doubles and one with two single beds (plus two foldaway), with sea or garden view. Spacious kitchen equipped with everything. Double living room with a spectacular view of the gulf, a large window creates a unique environment with the outdoor terrace.

The Villa is inside a private area, seafront, in the middle of the green, far away from the tourist masses. In here dominates the nature, relax and silence on the background of a unique panorama of Isola d'Elba.

At only 7 km from Portoferraio, 11 km from Porto Azzurro and 10 km from Capoliveri, in front of the gulf of Portoferraio from Bagnaia, Magazzini and the locality Le Grotte.
A maintenance free beach in front of the Villa, very little visited, it's ideal for walking with your dog. When the wind blows from the South, the sea is flattened and allows bathes.

Even if the place is situated in the North it is one of the less rainy places of the isle.
Thanks to its perfect location You can enjoy the pleasant light breeze of the Mistral which in contrast to the South coast cools down even the hottest summer days.

Villa Elbella is a single house of 160 sqm with an extraordinary view towards Portoferraio and his bay, surrounded by a garden with a green lawn and flowers. All the property is fenced for privacy and security.
The villa is elegantly furnished in a combination of Tuscany and Sicilian style.

The rooms
There are three big bedrooms, two double bedrooms and one with four single beds (two removable ones), furnished with style. They are provided with big balancing french windows, from here you reach the common terrace. but which do not compromise your privacy,
The beds are equipped with special matting to eliminate the harmful electromagnetic fields and to allow a regenerated sleep. The rolling shutters are all motorised. Inside each room there is a flat screen TV with DVB-T or Satellite.
Thanks to the natural coolness at night time which is due to the green around and the cool air from the sea, the nights will be always cool. In fact, for this reason there is no need for an air conditioning, in any case you will find a ceiling fan in each bedroom.

The kitchen
The kitchen is big with a small extendable table in the middle and a rich equipment .
It is equipped with two gas fire places, an electric oven, fridge, dishwasher, American coffee machine and kettle.
From the kitchen You can pass the wide door of glass to reach the terrace with the external kitchen.

The living area
There is a spacious living area with a fantastic view towards the golf of Portoferraio.
Thanks to the big glass door which You pass to reach the terrace You will find a unique environment.
The pavement is made of ceramic of De Majo of colours which remind You on the sea of Elba. It is furnished with style combining local handicraft with objects of ceramic realized by prestigious Sicilian craftsmen.
There is a wonderful big table covered with by hand decorated ceramic, which you can use for dinner during the cooler months: spring and autumn.
The relax zone is flooded by light and furnished with wide and comfortable sofas, on the one side you find big glass windows which let you see the sea, on the other side there is fire place.
The living area is equipped with stereo system CD, USB, Bluetooth, with acoustic diffusors and TV LCD (SAT, DVD, Blu Ray) and Wii consol.

The bathrooms
There are 2 complete bathrooms with a shower and a bidet.
We provide you with an initial set of towels per person per stay. If you wish you can ask for the exchange (optional)

Parking
The villa has a large covered parking for up to two car.

Ein wunderschönes Haus in perfekter Lage , wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder Das Haus ist sehr sehr gut ausgestattet und liegt wunderbar ruhig direkt am Meer.
